From now on I will include tips, tricks and guides on Microsoft Windows Vista. Why? Because I have just treat myself to a fresh new install of Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, and I’m updating my Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate as I’m writing this.
While updating my Microsoft Vista Ultimate Edition, I fired up Windows Internet Explorer 7 and I notice that Windows Internet Explorer 7 use MSN Live Search as its Search Engine. I’m a hardcore user of Google, and I use Google for everything, and I would like my Search Engine to be provided by Google.
Fortunately, Windows Internet Explorer 7 in Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate does enable you to change to another Search Engine provider with 2 simple clicks. To change Search Engine provider in Windows Internet Explorer 7, follow this simple steps.
- Click on the arrow in the Windows Internet Explorer 7 search section:

- Click on “Find More Providers…”
- Windows Internet Explorer 7 will open a new page inside the web browser.
- Choose “Google” as your Search Engine provider, or any other Search Engine provider you prefer.
- Set as default.
Now you can use Google as your Search Engine provider right from the comfort of your Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 7.
I don’t intend to install any other browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Opera in my Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. I would like to use this Microsoft product as it is, as an experiment. Hopefully my Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition won’t dissapoint me.
